Sui-shu


1   Remain natural stance, face turned to 10 o’clock, left shuto jodan tate ude uke (fore-arm is vertical and palm is held near left ear).
2   Step back with left foot to 4 o’clock, make right kokutsu dachi to 10 o’clock, right shuto fore-arm chudan osae uke.
3   Without moving feet change to right front stance, right shuto changed to fist then chudan kentsui yoko mawashi uchi.
4   Step forward with left foot, make left zenkutsu to 10 o’clock, left chudan oi zuki.
5   Take a half step forward with right foot and make natural stance (body to 12 o’clock), right shuto jodan tate ude uke.
6   Step back with right foot to 7 o’clock, make left kokutsu dachi to 1 o’clock, left shuto fore-arm chudan osae uke.
7   Without moving feet, change to left front stance, chudan kentsui yoko mawashi uchi.
8   Step forward with right foot, make right zenkutsu to 1 o’clock, right chudan oi zuki.
9   Remain right zenkutsu, face turned to 10 o’clock, left jodan uchi ude uke.
10   Step forward with left foot to 10 o’clock, make left zenkutsu dachi, left jodan uraken tate uchi komi.
11   Remain same stance, lift left knee quickly (high up front), put left foot down and return to left zenkutsu, right chudan gyaku zuki to 10 o’clock.
12   Stance remain same, right jodan uchi ude uke to 1 o’clock.
13   Step forward with right foot to 1 o’clock, make right zenkutsu dachi, right uraken tate uchi komi.
14   Remain same stance, lift right knee (high up front), put right foot down and return to right zenkutsu, left chudan gyaku zuki to 1 o’clock.
15   By rotating hips change to left zenkutsu dachi to 10 o’clock, left jodan uchi ude uke to 12 o’clock, followed by right jodan uchi ude uke (12).
16   Step forward with right foot, make right zenkutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, left chudan gyaku zuki.
17   Step forward with left foot to 9 o’clock, make left neko ashi dachi, left jodan uchi ude uke, followed by left chudan uchi mawashi uchi.
18   Step forward with left foot, make left zenkutsu, right jodan shuto soto yoko mawashi uchi.
19   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right neko ashi dachi to 3 o’clock, right jodan uchi ude uke, followed by right chudan uchi mawashi uchi.
20   Step forward with right foot, make right zenkutsu, left jodan shuto soto yoko mawashi uchi.
21   By rotating hips, change to left zenkutsu dachi (9), right shuto gedan barai to 12 o’clock (right arm make large circular motion).
22   Stance remain same, right jodan shuto age uke.
23   Bring right foot half step forward then step left foot to 12 o’clock, make kiba dachi (body facing 3 o’clock), left jodan enpi soto yoko mawashi uchi (12).
24   By hip rotation, make left zenkutsu dachi (12), right jodan shuto uchi.
25   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right neko ashi dachi to 6 o’clock, right shuto gedan barai.
26   Remain same stance, right foot mae ashi mae geri, return right foot back to right neko ashi.
27   Step forward with right foot and make right zenkutsu dachi, left chudan gyaku zuki. Ki-Ai!
28   Take a large step with right foot to 9 o’clock, pull in left foot to make left neko ashi dachi to 3 o’clock, left shuto soto gedan barai (palm facing up).
29   Stance remain same, left foot mae ashi mae geri, return left foot back to left neko ashi.
30   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right neko ashi danchi to 9 o’clock, right shuto soto gedan barai (palm facing up).
31   Stance remain same, right foot mae ashi mae geri, return right foot back to right neko ashi.
32   Take a half step with right foot to 6 o’clock, step forward with left foot to make left kokutsu dachi to 6 o’clock, left jodan shuto tate uke and simultaneously right shuto jodan age uke, done slowly).
33   Turn clockwise, step forward with right foot, make kiba dachi (body facing 3 o’clock), right jodan uchi yoko shuto uchi to 6 o’clock.
34   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, pull back left foot to make left neko ashi dachi to 12 o’clock, jodan kakuyoku kamae (slowly).
35   Step forward with left foot to make left zenkutsu dachi, morote shuto jodan soto yoko mawashi uchi.
36   Step forward with right foot, make right zenkutsu dachi, morote chudan heiko zuki.
37   Slide both feet forward, same stance, morote jodan tateken zuki (12).
38   Turn clockwise, step forward with left foot to 3 o’clock, make kiba dachi (body facing 6 o’clock), right teisho ura uchi mawashi osae uke to 8 o’clock (slow).
39   Without stepping, make right zenkutsu by hip rotation, left chudan gyaku zuki, followed by right jodan teisho uchi (8).
40   Without stepping, make kiba dachi (body facing 6 o’clock), left teisho ura uchi mawashi osae uke to 4 o’clock (slow).
41   Without stepping, make left zenkutsu by hip rotation, right chudan gyku zuki, followed by left jodan teisho uchi (4).
42   Step forward with right foot to 6 o’clock, make kiba dachi (body facing 3 o’clock), right jodan enpi uchi to 6 o’clock (before enpi uchi, extend right shuto arm high toward 6 o’clock direction).
43   Step forward with left foot, make left zenkutsu dachi to 6 o’clock, left jodan haito soto yoko mawashi uchi (right shuto kamae near right chest) to 6 o’clock.
44   Remain same stance, right jodan shuto uchi komi (6).
45   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right neko ashi dachi to 3 o’clock, right jodan tsukami uke.
46   Shift right foot forward, make right zenkutsu dachi to 3 o’clock, right jodan uraken tate uchi.
47   Step forward with left foot, make left zenkutsu dachi, left chudan oi zuki.
48   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left neko ashi dachi to 9 o’clock, left jodan tsukami uke.
49   Shifting left foot forward, make left zenkutsu dachi to 9 o’clock, left jodan uraken tate uchi.
50   Step forward with right foot, make right zenkutsu dachi, right chudan oi zuki.
51   Step forward with right foot to 12 o’clock, make kiba dachi (body facing 9 o’clock), right shuto jodan uchi yoko mawashi uchi (palm facing down) to 12 o’clock (with left shuto kamae in front of chest, palm facing up).
52   Step forward with left foot to 12 o’clock, turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make kiba dachi (body facing 3 o’clock), left chudan enpi uchi (keeping left hand open) to 12 o’clock.
53   Turn clockwise, step back with left foot to 6 o’clock and pull back right foot to make right neko ashi dachi to 12 o’clock, gedan kakuyoku kamae (slowly).
54   Step forward with right foot to make right zenkutsu dachi, morote jodan shuto uchi. Ki-Ai!
55   Step forward with left foot to natural stance.
