1   Shizentai.
2   Step right foot to 3 o’clock to make Kiba dachi (body facing 12 o’clock), circle both arms in a large motion from out to inward and bring both fists to both hips (slowly).
3   Stance remain the same. Bring both shuto to face (palms facing to face) then kakiwake to chudan level (little finger to outside, all movements done slowly).
4   Stance remain the same. Make fists and bring both arms to outside then to high above head and continue a circle movement to inward then to outward until fists are at both sides of body (all movements slowly).
5   Slide both feet to 9 o’clock, remain Kiba dachi, circle both arms clockwise (large motion), left shuto jodan haito uchi with right shuto held at chest to 9 o’clock.
6   Slide both feet to 3 o’clock, remain Kiba dachi, circle both arms counter clockwise (make one big circle in front of face), right shuto jodan haito uchi with leftt shuto held at chest to 3 o’clock.
7   Remain Kiba dachi, circle both arms counter clockwise in front of face, right shuto gendan barai ith left shuto held at chest to 3 o’clock.
8   Remain Kiba dachi, left chudan tate shuto uke to 10 o’clock direction and bring right fist to hip simultaneously (slowly).
9   Remain Kiba dachi, with hip rotation right chudan yoko mawashi enpi uchi (hit left hand (10 o’clock).
10   Remain Kiba dachi, right chudan tate shuto uke to 12 o’clock, bring back left fist to hip simultaneously.
11   Remain Kiba dachi, chudan nihon tate ken renzuki (left and right fist).
12   Take half step with left foot (to center), step forward with right foot to make right Kokutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, chudan shuto uke.
13   By pivoting feet only make right Zenkutsu dachi, left chudan yoko mawashi enpi uchi (hit right hand) to 12 o’clock.
14   Remain right Zenkutsu, right chudan tate nukite.
15   Step forward with left foot and make left Zenkutsu dachi, left chudan tateken zuki. Ki-Ai!
16   Lift right foot to make left leg Tsuru ashi dachi, right shuto gedan uke with left shuto held in front of forehead (facing to 2 o’clock, all movements slowly).
17   Brign down right foot and make right Zenkutsu dachi to 2 o’clock, right jodan uchi haito uke with left shuto held under right elbow.
18   Remain right Zenkutsu, right tsukami uke by turning right shuto (left shuto same position to 2 o’clock (slow).
19   Remain right Zenkutsu (become gyaku hanmi), left jodan enpi age uchi (bring elbow vertically upward (2 o’clock) and bring right fist to hip simultaneously.
20   Remain right Zenkutsu, right chudan tateken zuki to 2 o’clock.
21   Move right foot to 12 o’clock and make Kiba dachi (body facing 9 o’clock), right kentsui chudan uchi mawashi uchi to 12 o’clock.
22   Lift right foot to make left leg Tsuru ashi dachi, right shuto gedan uke with left shuto held in front of forehead (facing 10 o’clock, all movements slowly).
23   Brign down right foot and make right Zenkutsu dachi to 10 o’clock, right jodan uchi haito uke with left shuto held under right elbow.
24   Remain right Zenkutsu, right tsukami uke by turning right shuto (left shuto same position to 10 o’clock (slow).
25   Remain right Zenkutsu (become gyaku hanmi), left jodan enpi age uchi (bring elbow vertically upward (10 o’clock) and bring right fist to hip simultaneously.
26   Remain right Zenkutsu, right chudan tateken zuki to 10 o’clock.
27   Step forward with left foot to 9 o’clock and make Kiba dachi (body facing 12 o’clock), left shuto chudan uchi mawashi uchi to 9 o’clock.
28   Slide both feet to 3 o’clock, remain Kiba dachi, gendan teisho awase uke to 12 o’clock (right hand above left hand).
29   Step forward with right foot to make right Sanchin dachi to 12 o’clock, right shuto gedan mawashi uke and left teisho jodan uke simultaneously.
30   Step forward with right foot to make right Kokutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, right gedan barai.
31   Remain right Kokutsu, morote kaishu uke (right hand gedan and left hand in front of forehead).
32   Only with hip rotation make right Zenkutsudachi to 12 o’clock, make fists then gedan zuki with imaginary caught bo (rotate both fists counter clockwise).
33   By pivoting on both feet, rotate counter clockwise to make left Zenkutsu dachi to 6 o’clock, keep the arms at same position but rotate both fists counter clockwise (body is facing to 6 o’clock but face is to 12 o’clock).
34   Step forward with right foot to 9 o’clock direction to make Kiba dachi (body facing 6 o’clock), circle both arms in a large motion from out to inward and bring both fists to hip position (slowly).
35   Remain Kiba dachi, yama zuki to 6 o’clock (left fist to jodan, right urazuki to chudan).
36   Remain Kiba dachi, yama zuki renzuki (right jodan first, then left jodan).
37   Step forward with right foot next to left foot (body rotating in counter clockwise), from Heisoku dachi step back with left foot to 6 o’clock to make right Kokutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, chudan shuto uke.
38   Step back with right foot to make left Kokutsu dachi, chudan shuto uke (12 o’clock).
39   Without moving feet, by shifting hips forward make left Zenkutsu dachi, left shuto jodan yoko nukite (palm facing down).
40   Right jodan mikazuki geri aiming left hand. Ki-Ai!
41   Continually pivoting on left foot, bring right foot next to left foot (body rotating in counter clockwise), from Heisoku dachi step back with left foot to 6 o’clock to make right Kokutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, chudan shuto uke (body rotated 360 degrees).
42   Step back with right foot to make left Kokutsu dachi, chudan shuto uke.
43   Step back with left foot to return to Shizentai.
