1   Natural stance.
2   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right front stance to 9 o’clock, right chudan uchi ude uke.
3   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left back stance to 9 o’clock, left chudan uchi ude uke.
4   Pull back left foot and make left cat stance to 9 o’clock, left gedan barai.
5   From left cat stance, mae ashi chudan mae geri then return to cat stance (arms do not move).
6   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left front stance to 3 o’clock, left chudan uchi ude uke.
7   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right back stance to 3 o’clock, right chudan uchi ude uke.
8   Pull back right foot and make right cat stance to 3 o’clock, right gedan barai.
9   From right cat stance, mae ashi chudan mae geri then return to right cat stance.
10   Shifting right foot to 6 o’clock and make kiba dachi (body facing to 3 o’clock, face turned to 6 o’clock), right gedan barai and left chudan kagi zuki simuletaneously to 6 o’clock.
11   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make kiba dachi (body facing to 9 o’clock, face turned to 6 o’clock), left gedan barai and right chudan kagi zuki simuletaneously to 6 o’clock.
12   Remain same stances (body still facing 9 o’clock, face turned to 12 o’clock), right hammer fist chudan yoko mawashi uchi to 12 o’clock.
13   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left front stance to 12 o’clock, left gedan barai.
14   Pull back left foot, make heiko dachi (body facing 3 o’clock, face to 12 o’clock), left elbow chudan yoko uchi uke (left fist placed on left hip).
15   Step forward with left foot, make left front stance to 12 o’clock, left back fist jodan tate mawashi uchi.
16   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right front stance to 12 o’clock, right gedan barai.
17   Pull back right foot, make heiko dachi (body facing 9 o’clock, face to 12 o’clock), right elbow chudan yoko uchi uke (right fist placed on right hip).
18   Step forward with right foot, make right front stance to 12 o’clock, right back fist jodan tate mawashi uchi.
19   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left cat stance to 12 o’clock, left chudan uchi ude uke with right shuto placed on left wrist.
20   Step forward with left foot, make left front stance, right jodan yoko nukite (palm facing down). Ki-ai.
21   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make kiba dachi (body facing to 6 o’clock), right gedan barai to 6 o’clock.
22   Remain same stance, right chudan uchi ude uke to 6 o’clock.
23   Remain same stance, left chudan punch to 6 o’clock.
24   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make kiba dachi (body facing to 12 o’clock), left chudan tsukami uke to 9 o’clock.
25   Remain same stance, right chudan kagi zuki to 9 o’clock.
26   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make kiba dachi (body facing to 6 o’clock), left gedan barai to 6 o’clock.

48   Slide left foot half step forward (right foot unmoved), make short right front stance, left gedan barai.
49   Turn counter clockwise (450 degrees) pivoting on left foot, make soto hachiji dachi (natural stance) facing 12 o’clock, right chudan punch to 12 o’clock.
50   Step forward with left foot, make left front stance to 12 o’clock, left jodan oi zuki followed immediately by right chudan gyakuzuki with Ki-ai.
51   Step back with left foot and return to natural stance.
