1 Yoi: natural stance.
2 Slide left foot to 9 o’clock and make kiba dachi face looking to 9 o’clock, execute left down block.
3 Pull the left foot back and make parallel feet stance (Heiko dachi), execute left jodan inside ude uke to 9 o’clock.
4 Move left foot to 9 o’clock again to make left front stance, left chudan inside swing punch in a round motion passing in front of face (hanmi position).
5 Rotate clockwise pivoting on the left foot, step forward with right foot and make right front stance, right down block.
6 Remain in the same stance, left chudan reverse punch.
7 Step right foot to 3 o’clock and make kiba dachi face looking to 3 o’clock, right down block.
8 Pull the right foot back to form parallel stance (Heiko dachi) and execute right jodan inside ude uke.
9 Move right foot to 3 o’clock again to make right front stance, chudan inside swing punch.
10 Rotate counter clockwise pivoting on the right foot, make left front stance, left down block.
11 Remain in the same stance, right chudan reverse punch.
12 Move left foot to 12 o’clock and make left front stance, left down block.
13 Make left cat stance by sliding back left foot, left chudan inside ude uke.
14 Slide left foot forward to make left front stance, right chudan reverse punch.
15 Step forward and make right front stance, right down block.
16 Make right cat stance by sliding back right foot, right chudan inside ude uke.
17 Step forward with right foot to make right front stance and execute left chudan reverse punch.
18 Step forward and make left front stance, right chudan reverse punch. Ki-Ai.
19 Rotate clockwise to 9 o’clock pivoting on left foot and assume right back stance to 9 o’clock, right jodan barai block.
20 Pull right foot back to make right cat stance, right chudan outside ude uke.
21 Slide right foot forward & make right front stance, left chudan reverse punch.
22 Step forward & make left front stance, right chudan reverse punch.
23 Rotate counter clock wise pivoting on right foot and make left back stance to 3 o’clock, left jodan barai.
24 Pull back left foot and make left cat stance, left chudan outside ude uke.
25 Slide left foot forward and make left front stance, right chudan reverse punch.
26 Step forward & make right front stance, left chudan reverse punch.
27 Step right foot to 6 o’clock and make right front stance, right down block.
28 Slide back the right foot and make right cat stance, right rising block.
29 Remain in right cat stance, execute front foot mae-geri then return to right cat stance.
30 Move right foot forward and make right front stance, left chudan reverse punch.
31 Step forward to make left front stance, execute left down block.
32 Slide back left foot to make left cat stance, execute left rising block.
33 Remain in left cat stance, execute front foot mae-geri then return to left cat stance.
34 Move left foot forward and make left front stance, right chudan reverse punch.
35 Step forward and make right front stance, execute left chudan reverse punch. Ki-ai.
36 Step forward with left foot and assume heiko dachi (hold the arms).
37 Rotate clockwise pivoting on left foot and make right back stance to 3 o’clock, right chudan inside ude-uke.
38 Without moving feet, change to right front stance, execute right jodan suihei-nukite (spear hand thrust, palm facing down).
39 Step forward and make left front stance, left chudan punch.
40 Rotate counter clockwise motion pivoting on right foot and assume left back stance to 9 o’clock, left chudan inside ude-uke.
41 Without moving feet, change to left front stance, left jodan suihei-nukite.
42 Step forward and make right front stance, right chudan punch.
43 Yame: Return to the natural stance by bringing right foot back facing 12 o’clock.
