Junro Godan

1   Natural stance.
2   Slide left foot to 9 o’clock and make kiba dachi (body facing 12 o’clock), left hand chudan tsukami uke (done slowly) to 9 o’clock.
3   Take a quick half step with right foot to 9 o’clock, left chudan side thrust kick, pull back left hand to left hip.
4   Make left front stance to 9 o’clock, right reverse punch.
5   Step forward with right foot and make right front stance to 11 o’clock, right jodan back fist tate mawashi uchi.
6   Slide both feet forward, remain the same stance, left chudan gyaku zuki.
7   Step back with right foot pivoting on left foot, make kibadachi, right chudan tsukami uke (slowly) to 3 o’clock.
8   Take a quick half step with left foot to 3 o’clock, right chudan side thrust kick, pull back right hand to right hip.
9   Make right front stance to 3 o’clock, left reverse punch.
10   Step forward with left foot and make left front stance to 1 o’clock, left jodan back fist tate mawashi uchi.
11   Slide both feet forward, remain the same stance, right chudan gyaku zuki.
12   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left front stance to 12 o’clock, left chudan uchi ude uke.
13   Pull back left foot and make half front stance (gyaku han-mi), right chudan uchi ude uke.
14   Keep both hands at the same positions, right jodan mae ke-age.
15   Make right front stance, left chudan gyaku zuki.
16   Step back with right foot and make left front stance, left gedan barai.
17   Step forward with right foot and make right front stance, right chudan oi zuki.
18   Remain in same stance, right chudan uchi ude uke.
19   Pull back right foot and make half front stance (gyaku han-mi), left chudan uchi ude uke.
20   Keep both hands at the same positions, left jodan mae ke-age.
21   Make left front stance, right chudan gyaku zuki.
22   Step back with left foot and make right front stance, right gedan barai.
23   Step forward with left foot and make left front stance, san bon zuki (Jodan, chudan and chudan). Ki-ai at the last punch.
24   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right neko ashi dachi to 9 o’clock, right jodan uchi ude uke.
25   Keep arms at same positions, kizami (front foot) chudan mae geri, back to right neko ashi dachi.
26   Keep arms at same positions, take a half step forward with left foot (place it in front of right foot), then take a quick and full step with right foot forward to make right front stance, right back fist jodan tate oroshi uchi (down strike).
27   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left neko ashi dachi to 3 o’clock, left jodan uchi ude uke.
28   Left kizami chudan mae geri, back to left neko ashi dachi.
29   Keep arms at same positions, take a half step forward with right foot (place it in front of left foot), then take a quick and full step with left foot forward to make left front stance, left back fist jodan tate oroshi uchi (down strike).
30   Step with right foot to 6 o’clock and make right front stance, morote chudan uchi-ude kakiwake uke.
31   Half step forward with left foot followed by half step forward with right foot, remain right front stance, morote jodan ura zuki.
32   Step back with right foot and make left front stance, morote chudan soto ude kakiwake uke.
33   Half step forward with right foot followed by half step forward with left foot, remain left front stance, morote chudan awase uchi (double vertical fist).
34   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right neko ashi dachi to 3 o’clock, right gedan barai.
35   Step forward with right foot and make right front stance, right chudan uchi ude uke.
36   Remain in the same stance, right jodan ura zuki.
37   Step forward and make left front stance, left chudan oi zuki.
38   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left neko ashi dachi to 9 o’clock, left gedan barai.
39   Step forward with left foot and make left front stance, left chudan uchi ude uke.
40   Remain in the same stance, left jodan ura zuki.
41   Step forward and make right front stance, right chudan oi zuki.
42   Step back with right foot and make kiba dachi (body facing 9 o’clock, face to 12 o’clock), right hammer fist chudan yoko mawashi uchi to 12 o’clock.
43   Slide both feet to 6 o’clock, left hammer fist chudan yoko mawashi uchi to 6 o’clock.
44   Pull back right foot and turn clockwise to 12 o’clock to make right neko ashi dachi, right chudan uchi ude uke.
45   Step with right foot and make right front stance to 12 o’clock, right jodan ura zuki.
46   Slide both feet forward, remain right front stance, left chudan gyaku zuki. Ki-ai.
47   Step back with right foot to natural stance.
