Joko Sansei

1   Move left foot to 9 o’clock and make kiba dachi (body facing 12 o’clock), left jodan uchi ude uke, simultaneously right chudan kagi zuki to 9 o’clock.
2   Same stance, slide to 9 o’clock, left jodan ura zuki (9).
3   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right zenkutsu dachi to 8 o’clock, right gedan barai followed by left chudan gyaku uchi ude uke.
4   Left mae geri.
5   Step left foot forward and make left zenkutsu, right chudan gyaku zuki (8).
6   Step back and make right zenkutsu, right gedan barai followed by left chudan gyaku uchi ude uke.
7   Same stance, left jodan ura zuki followed by right chudan zuki (8).
8   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on left foot, make kiba dachi (body facing 12), left chudan zuki with right fist jodan kamae (near right ear).
9   Remain kiba dachi, slide to 3 o’clock, right jodan tate uraken zuki (12).
10   Same stance, right jodan uchi ude uke and left chudan kagi zuki to 3 o’clock.
11   Remain stance but slide to 3 o’clock, right jodan ura zuki (3).
12   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left zenkutsu to 4 o’clock, left gedan barai (4).
13   Same stance, right chudan gyaku uchi ude uke.
14   Right maegeri (4).
15   Step right foot forward to make right zenkutsu, left chudan gyaku zuki (4).
16   Step back and make left zenkutsu, left gendan barai.
17   Same stance, right chudan uchi ude uke.
18   Same stance, right jodan ura zuki followed by left chudan zuki (4).
19   Turn clockwise pivoting on right foot and make kiba dachi (body facing 12), right chudan zuki with left fist jodan kamae (near left ear).
20   Remain the same stance but slide to 9 o’clock, left tate uraken zuki (12).
21   Bring left foot in to make heiko dachi, then step forward with right foot to make right zenkutsu, right chudan soto ude uke (12).
22   Same stance, left gyaku jodan barai.
23   Same stance, right jodan yoko soto enpi uchi.
24   Same stance, right jodan yoko uchi shuto uchi.
25   Step forward and make left zenkutsu, left chudan soto ude uke (12).
26   Same stance, right gyaku jodan barai.
27   Same stance, left jodan soto yoko enpi uchi.
28   Same stance, left jodan uchi yoko shuto uchi.
29   Step forward and make right zenkutsu, right chudan soto ude uke (12).
30   Same stance, left gyaku jodan barai.
31   Same stance, right jodan soto yoko enpi uchi.
32   Same stance, right jodan uchi yoko shuto uchi.
33   Same stance, left chudan gyaku zuki. Ki-Ai.
34   Step forward with left foot and make kiba dachi (body facing 12), right chudan zuki to 12 o’clock.
35   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make kiba dachi (body facing 4), right jodan yoko uraken uchi to 8 o’clock.
36   Pull back right foot and make heiko dachi, chudan tsukami uke to 8 o’clock (slowly).
37   Right jodan yoko kekomi.
38   Step right foot forward and make right zenkutsu, left chudan gyaku zuki (8).
39   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on left foot, make kiba dachi (body facing 12), left chudan tate shuto uke (12, slowly).
40   Same stance, chudan nihon zuki (right then left) to 12 o’clock.
41   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make kiba dachi (body facing 8), left jodan yoko uraken uchi to 4 o’clock.
42   Pull back left foot and make heiko dachi, left chudan tsukami uke (4, slowly).
43   Left jodan yoko kekomi (4).
44   Step left foot forward and make left zenkutsu, right chudan gyaku zuki.
45   Turn clockwise pivoting on right foot, make kiba dachi (body facing 12), right chudan tate shuto uke (12, slowly).
46   Same stance, left chudan zuki (12).
47   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left kokutsu dachi to 6 o’clock, left chudan uchi ude uke.
48   Same stance, right chudan gyaku zuki (6).
49   Turn clockwise by pivoting both feet, make right kokutsu, chudan shuto uke to 12 o’clock.
50   Change to right zenkutsu only by pivoting feet, left chudan gyaku tate nukite (12).
51   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right kokutsu, right chudan uchi ude uke to 6 o’clock.
52   Same stance, left chudan gyaku zuki (6).
53   Turn counter clockwise pivoting both feet, make left kokutsu dachi, chudan shuto uke to 12 o’clock.
54   Change to left zenkutsu only by pivoting feet, right chudan gyaku tate nukite (12).
55   Step back with left foot, make left kokutsu, left chudan uchi ude uke to 6 o’clock.
56   Same stance, right chudan gyaku zuki.
57   Turn clockwise pivoting both feet, make right kokutsu, right chudan shuto uke to 12 o’clock.
58   Change to right zenkutsu by pivoting feet, left chudan gyaku nukite.
59   Step back right foot and make kiba dachi (body facing 12), right jodan yoko chuto uchi to 3 o’clock.
60   Change to right zenkutsu, left gyaku gedan barai to 3 o’clock.
61   Pull back right foot and make right neko ashi dachi, right jodan age uke to 3 o’clock.
62   Right mae ashi mae geri.
63   Step right foot forward and make right zenkutsu, right jodan uraken tate uchi oroshi to 3 o’clock.
64   Slide to 9 and make kiba dachi (body facing 12), left jodan yoko shuto uchi to 9 o’clock.
65   Change to left zenkutsu, right gyaku gedan barai.
66   Pull back left foot and make left neko ashi dachi, left jodan age uke.
67   Left mae ashi mae geri.
68   Step left foot forward and make left zenkutsu, left jodan uraken uchi otoshi.
69   Step right foot forward and make right zenkutsu to 12 o’clock, right chudan uchi ude uke with left shuto hand held next to right fore arm.
70   Same stance, left chudan tate shuto uke (slowly).
71   Left mae geri.
72   Put left foot forward and make left zenkutsu, right chudan gyaku zuki.
73   Step back with left foot and make right zenkutsu, right jodan tate uraken uchi (12).
74   Same stance, left chudan gyaku zuki. Ki- Ai.
