1   Step left foot to 9 o’clock and make left Kokutsu dachi, left chudan uchi ude uke.
2   Change to left zenkutsu dachi, right gyaku zuki to 9 o’clock.
3   Step forward and make right zenkutsu dachi, right jodan yoko uraken uchi.
4   Step back and make left zenkutsu dachi, left chudan soto ude uke.
5   Pivot on left foot, turn clockwise and make right zenkutsu dachi, right jodan yoko uraken uchi.
6   Immediately pivoting on left foot spin back and make left zenkutsu dachi, left gedan barai, gyaku tsuki to 9 o’clock.
7   Shift right foot and make right kokutsu dachi to 3 o’clock, right chudan uchi ude uke.
8   Change to right zenkutsu dachi, left gyaku zuki.
9   Step forward and make left zenkutsu dachi, left jodan yoko uraken uchi.
10   Step back and make right zenkutsu dachi, right chudan soto ude uke.
11   Pivot on right foot, turn counter clockwise and make left zenkutsu dachi, left jodan yoko uraken uchi.
12   Immediately pivoting on right foot spin back and make right zenkutsu dachi, right gedan barai, gyaku tsuki to 3 o’clock.
13   Step right foot half way forward to make heiko dachi body facing 12 o’clock, left jodan uchi ude uke to 10 o’clock.
14   Step left foot back and make right zenkutsu dachi to 10 o’clock, right jodan zuki.
15   Left jodan mae geri and step forward to make left zenkutsu dachi and left chudan zuki.
16   Step back to make right zenkutsu dachi, right gedan barai.
17   Step left foot half way forward to make heiko dachi body facing 12 o’clock, right jodan uchi ude uke to 2 o’clock.
18   Step right foot back and make left zenkutsu dachi to 2 o’clock, left jodan zuki.
19   Right jodan mae geri and step forward to make right zenkutsu dachi and right chudan zuki.
20   Step back to make left zenkutsu dachi, left gedan barai.
21   Step right foot half way forward to make kiba dachi body facing 3 o’clock, right jodan uchi ude uke to 6 o’clock.
22   Slide kiba dachi sideway to 6 o’clock, right chudan yoko enpi uchi to 6 o’clock, simultaneously left gedan barai to 12 o’clock.
23   Slide left foot and make left zenkutsu dachi, right chudan gyaku zuki (right arm not to twist) to 12 o’clock.
24   Step left foot back to make kiba dachi (body facing 3 o’clock), left jodan uchi ude uke to 12 o’clock.
25   Slide kiba dachi sideway to 12 o’clock, left chudan yoko enpi uchi to 12 o’clock, simultaneously right gedan barai to 6 o’clock.
26   Slide right foot and make right zenkutsu dachi, left chudan gyaku zuki (left arm not to twist) to 6 o’clock.
27   Move right foot to make left zenkutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, left chudan tate shuto uke (slowly).
28   Keep the stance, right chudan gyaku zuki (12 o’clock).
29   Step forward and make right zenkutsu dachi, left chudan gyaku zuki.
30   Step forward and make left zenkutsu dachi, right chudan gyaku zuki.
31   Right jodan mae geri and step forward to make right zenkutsu dachi, left chudan gyaku zuki.
32   Keep the stance, right jodan jun zuki (hanmi). Ki-ai.
33   Slide back right foot to 4 o’clock, make left neko ashi dachi to 10 o’clock, left jodan age uke.
34   Stance remains same, mae ashi chudan mae geri return to left neko ashi dachi.
35   Step forward with left foot to make left zenkutsu dachi, left jodan tate uraken uchi komi.
36   Slide back left foot to 8 o’clock, make right neko ashi dachi to 2 o’clock, right jodan age uke.
37   Stance remains same, mae ashi chudan mae geri return to right neko ashi dachi.
38   Step forward with rightt foot to make right zenkutsu dachi, right jodan tate uraken uchi komi.
39   Slide back right foot to 4 o’clock, make left neko ashi dachi to 10 o’clock, left jodan age uke.
40   Stance remains same, mae ashi chudan mae geri return to left neko ashi dachi.
41   Step forward with left foot to make left zenkutsu dachi, left jodan tate uraken uchi komi.
42   Step left foot half way back to make left zenkutsu (narrow stance) to 9 o’clock (body to 12 o’clock), right gedan barai (right arm making large circle).
43   Stance stays, right chudan uchi uke to 12 o’clock.
44   Stance stays, right jodan ura zuki.
45   pivot on both feet to make right zenkutsu dachi to 3 o’clock (body to 12 o’clock), left gedan barai (left arm making large circle).
46   Stance remains, left chudan uchi uke to 12 o’clock.
47   Stance remains, left jodan ura zuki.
48   Pivot on left foot, turn counter clockwise (270°) and make left zenkutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, left chudan yoko kentsui uchi.
49   Stance remains, right chudan gyaku zuki. Ki-ai.
50   Pull back left foot to natural stance.
