1   Step left foot to 9 o’clock and make left zenkutsu dachi, left chudan tate shuto uke to 10 o’clock (regular speed).
2   Same stance, right chudan yoko enpi uchi (10).
3   Same stance, right shuto gedan barai to 12 o’clock.
4   Rotate clockwise by pivoting both feet and make right zenkutsu to 3 o’clock, right chudan tate shuto uke to 2 o’clock.
5   Same stance, left chudan yoko enpi uchi (2).
6   Same stance, left shuto gedan barai to 12 o’clock.
7   Bring right foot to left foot (heisoku dachi) first, then step left foot to 6 o’clock and make kiba dachi (body facing 9 o’clock), morote chudan shuto uke to 6 o’clock (left shuto’s palm is facing down as blocking on the thumb side wrist).
8   Same stance, morote chudan shuto uke by turning quickly to 12 o’clock (right shuto palm is facing down).
9   Adjusting left foot and make left zenkutsu to 6 o’clock, left chudan tate shuto uchi uke to 6 o’clock (done slowly).
10   Same stance, right chudan gyaku zuki (6).
11   Turn clockwise by pivoting on left foot and make right zenkutsu, right chudan tate shuto uchi uke to 12 o’clock (done slowly).
12   Same stance, left chudan gyaku zuki (12).
13   Step forward and make left zenkutsu to 12 o’clock, right gyaku gedan barai to 2 o’clock.
14   Turn clockwise 45 degrees pivoting on left foot and make left zenkutsu to 2 o’clock, left jodan shuto yoko mawashi uchi (2).
15   Right maegeri (2).
16   Put down right foot forward and make right zenkutsu, right chudan oizuki (2).
17   Step back with right foot and make left zenkutsu, left chudan uchi ude uke to 12 o’clock.
18   Same stance, right chudan gyaku zuki (12).
19   Step forward and make right zenkutsu to 12 o’clock, left gyaku gedan barai to 10 o’clock.
20   Turn counter clockwise 45 degrees pivoting on right foot, make right zenkutsu, right jodan yoko shuto uchi.
21   Left mae geri.
22   Put down left foot forward and make left zenkutsu, left chudan oizuki to 10 o’clock.
23   Step back with left foot and make right zenkutsu, right chudan uchi ude uke to 12 o’clock.
24   Step forward and make left zenkutsu, left chudan oizuki (12).
25   Step forward and make right zenkutsu, right chudan oizuki (12).
26   Step back and make left zenkutsu, left gedan barai (12).
27   Jump and switch feet, make right zenkutsu, simultaneously right jodan zuki as you land (12).
28   Same stance, left chudan gyaku zuki. Ki-Ai.
29   Step forward with left foot and make kiba dachi (body facing 12), right jodan shuto mawashi uchi to 3 o’clock (right shuto palm facing down).
30   Bring left foot behind right foot to make kosa dachi (body still facing 12), right shuto gedan barai to 3 o’clock.
31   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, bring left foot to 3 o’clock and make kiba dachi (body facing 6), left jodan uchi ude uke to 3 o’clock.
32   Remain kiba dachi but yori ashi (to 3), left chudan zuki simultaneously right chudan kagi zuki to 3 o’clcok.
33   Jump and turn clockwise 180 degrees, make kiba dachi (body facing to 12), right jodan yoko uraken uchi (3).
34   Same stance, turn face to 9, left jodan shuto yoko mawashi uchi to 9 o’clock.
35   Bring right foot behind left foot to make kosa dachi, left shuto gedan barai (9).
36   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make kiba dachi (body facing 6 o’clock), right jodan uchi ude uke (9).
37   Remain kiba dachi but yori ashi (to 9), right chudan zuki simultaneously left chudan kagi zuki.
38   Jump and turn counter clockwise 180 degrees, make kiba dachi (body to 12), left jodan yoko uraken uchi to 9 o’clock.
39   Bring left foot to right foot to make heisoku dachi first turn clockwise and step forward with right foot to 6 o’clock and make right zenkutsu, right jodan tate uraken uchi (6).
40   Left mae geri (6).
41   Put down left foot forward and make left zenkutsu, right chudan gyaku zuki (6).
42   Pull back left foot and make left neko ashi dachi, left gedan barai.
43   Left mae ashi mae geri, return to left neko ashi dachi.
44   Bring left foot forward and make left zenkutsu, right chudan gyaku zuki (6).
45   Right mae geri.
46   Bring right foot forward and make right zenkutsu, left chudan gyaku zuki.
47   Pull back right foot and make right neko ashi dachi, right gedan barai.
48   Right mae ashi mae geri, bring return to right neko ashi dachi.
49   Step right foot forward and make right zenkutsu, left chudan gyaku zuki.
50   Jump and switch feet, make left zenkutsu (6), right chudan zuki and left fist jodan nagashi uke (fist ends up near left ear).
51   Pull back left foot to make left neko ashi dachi, left chudan soto ude uke.
52   Left mae ashi mae geri, return to left neko ashi dachi.
53   Step forward with left foot and make left zenkutsu, right chudan gyaku zuki (6).
54   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, pull up right knee and keep it up during the turn, right chudan uchi ude uke to 3 o’clock (keep standing on left leg).
55   Right foot mae geri (3).
56   Put down right foot forward and make right zenkutsu, right jodan ura zuki (3).
57   Jump and switch feet, make kiba dachi (body facing 6), left shuto gedan barai to 3 o’clock.
58   Same stance, left chudan uchi ude uke (3).
59   Adjust left foot and make left zenkutsu to 3 o’clock, left jodan ura zuki followed by right chudan gyaku zuki to 3 o’clock.
60   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, pull up left knee and keep it up during the 180 degree turn, left chudan uchi ude uke to 9 o’clock.
61   Left foot mae geri (9).
62   Put down left foot forward and make left zenkutsu, left jodan ura zuki (9).
63   Jump and switch feet, make kiba dachi (body facing 6), right shuto gedan barai (9).
64   Same stance, right chudan uchi ude uke (9).
65   Adjust right foot and make right zenkutsu to 9 o’clock, right jodan ura zuki followed by left chudan gyaku zuki (9).
66   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot and shift right foot to 3 o’clock to make kiba dachi (body facing 12), right chudan tate shuto uke to 12 o’clock (done slowly).
67   Same stance, right foot nami gaeshi followed by left chudan zuki to 12 o’clock.
68   Same stance, left foot nami gaeshi followed by right chudan zuki (12).
69   Step forward with left foot and make left zenkutsu to 12 o’clock, left chudan oi zuki.
70   Jump switch feet, right zenkutsu, simultaneously right jodan yoko uraken uchi (12). Ki-Ai.
71   Same stance, chudan ren zuki (left then right).
72   Recover: Pull back right foot and make natural stance.
