1   Natural stance.
2   Step forward with left foot and make left zenkutsu to 12 o’clock, morote chudan kakiwake uke (slowly, little finger out side).
3   Slide both feet forward, remain left zenkutsu, morote chudan tateken uchi.
4   Step forward with right foot, turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make right zenkutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, yama zuki.
5   Step back with right foot, turn counter clockwise pivoting on left foot, make left kokutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, chudan morote uchi ude uke.
6   Change to left zenkutsu dachi without moving feet, right chudan gyaku zuki.
7   Shifting with right foot and turn clockwise, make right zenkutsu dachi to 6 o’clock, chudan morote kakiwake uke (slowly).
8   Remain with right zenkutsu but slide both feet forward, chudan morote tateken zuki.
9   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left zenkutsu dachi to 6 o’clock, yama zuki.
10   Step back with left foot, turn clockwise and make right kokutsu dachi, morote chudan uchi ude uke (6 o’clock).
11   Change to right zenkutsu dachi without moving feet, left chudan gyaku zuki.
12   Step forward with left foot to make left kokutsu dachi to 3 o’clock, morote chudan uchi uke (thumb side blocking).
13   Slide forward remaining left kokutsu, jodan morote tateken zuki.
14   Slide forward and change to left zenkutsu dachi, jodan morote shuto uchi.
15   Turn clockwise pivoting on left leg, make right kokutsu dachi to 9 o’clock, morote chudan uchi ude uke.
16   Slide forward remaining right kokutsu, jodan morote tateken zuki.
17   Slide forward and change to right zenkutsu dachi, jodan morote shuto uchi.
18   Take half step back with right foot, step left foot forward to 6 o’clock to make left kokutsu dachi, morote chudan uchi ude uke.
19   Slide forward remaining left kokutsu, jodan morote tateken zuki.
20   Slide forward and change to left zenkutsu dachi, chudan morote tateken zuki.
21   Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot and step forward to make right zenkutsu dachi to 6 o’clock, chudan morote heiko zuki.
22   Step back by turning counter clockwise and pivoting on left foot. Make left nekoashi dachi (6 o’clock), left gedan barai.
23   Step forward with left foot, make left zenkutsu dachi to 6 o’clock, right chudan gyaku zuki. Ki-Ai!
24   Take half step back with left foot, step forward with right foot to 8 o’clock to make right kokutsu dachi, chudan morote shuto kakiwake uke (slowly, little finger out side).
25   Change to right zenkutsu dachi without moving feet, chudan right tate chuto uke (slowly), followed by left chudan gyaku zuki.
26   Step forward with left foot to 8 o’clock, turn counter clockwise and make kiba dachi, jodan left shuto yoko mawashi uchi to 8 o’clock.
27   Step back turning clockwise and pivoting on right foot to make right kokutsu dachi (8 o’clock), chudan shuto uke.
28   Change to right zenkutsu dachi without moving feet, left chudan tate nukite.
29   Take half step back with right foot, step forward with left foot to make left kokutsu dachi to 4 o’clock, chudan morote shuto kakiwake uke (slowly).
30   Change to left zenkutsu dachi without moving feet, chudan left tate shuto uke (slowly), followed by right chudan gyaku zuki.
31   Step forward with right foot to 4 o’clock by turning clockwise to make kiba dachi, jodan right shuto yoko mawashi uchi.
32   Step back with right foot turning counter clockwise to make left kokutsu dachi to 4 o’clock, chudan shuto uke.
33   Change to left zenkutsu dachi without moving feet, right chudan tate nukite.
34   Turn clockwise by stepping right foot aside, make right zenkutsu dachi to 10 o’clock, jodan morote age uke.
35   Remain right zenkutsu, chudan morote hasami uchi.
36   Slide forward remaining right zenkutsu, jodan right enpi mawashi uchi.
37   Step forward with left foot to 10 o’clock turning counter clockwise to make kiba dachi, chudan left enpi uchi (10 o’clock).
38   Turn clockwise by stepping back with left foot, make right neko ashi dachi to 10 o’clock, right soto gedan barai (blocking with little finger side).
39   Remain right neko ashi dachi, mae ashi chudan mae geri, return to right neko ashi dachi.
40   Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left zenkutsu dachi to 2 o’clock, jodan morote age uke.
41   Remain same stance, chudan morote hasami uchi.
42   Slide forward remaining same stance, jodan left enpi mawashi uchi.
43   Turn clockwise by stepping forward with right foot to 2 o’clock, make kiba dachi, right chudan enpi uchi.
44   Turn counter clockwise by stepping back with right foot, make left neko ashi dachi to 2 o’clock, left soto gendan barai.
45   Remain left neko ashi dachi, mae ashi chudan mae geri, return to left neko ashi dachi.
46   Shift left foot to side, make left zenkutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, right jodan shuto uchi mawashi uke (slowly, shuto rotates clockwise), hip at gyaku hanmi.
47   Remain same stance, right jodan teisho soto mawashi uke (slowly).
48   Keep arms at same positions, right chudan mae geri.
49   Take a large step forward with the kicked foot (right), make kosa dachi, left gedan zuki and right jodan nagashi uke at the same time.
50   Step back large with left foot to 6 o’clock and make natural stance (body facing 9 o’clock), right jodan yoko tetsui uchi to 12 o’clock.
51   Without stepping, turn right foot to 12 o’clock and drop left knee to the floor, left gyaku zuki (own chudan height).
52   Put both open hands on the floor in front with left knee still on the floor, right ushiro kekomi (look behind over right shoulder) to 6 o’clock.
53   Put down kicked foot near left foot, turn 360°clockwise pivoting on right foot as standing up, make kiba dachi (body facing 12 o’clock) by stepping left foot to 9 o’clock, morote tate shuto uke to both sides at shoulder height (slowly).
54   Shift right foot and make right zenkutsu dachi to 3 o’clock, jodan left shuto uchi.
55   Turn counter clockwise by shifting left foot, make left zenkutsu dachi to 9 o’clock, jodan right shuto uchi.
56   Take half step back with left foot and make right neko ashi dachi to 12 o’clock, morote chudan shuto uchi ude uke (slowly, thumb side out side).
57   Step forward with right foot and make right zenkutsu dachi to 12 o’clock, right jodan yoko nukite (palm facing up).
58   Same stance, left chudan gyaku zuki. Ki-Ai!
59   Step back right foot to natural stance.
